Intake Manifold, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the upper front coolant pipes. Refer to UPPER FRONT COOLANT PIPES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the high pressure line. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Loosen the clamp -2- and remove the air duct pipe -1-.

-- Disconnect the connector -4-.

-- Loosen the hose clamps -1 to 2- and remove the fuel hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -3- and lay the fuel lines toward the rear.

-- Release the retainer in direction of -arrow- and remove the vacuum hose -1-.

-- Remove the bolt -3- and the vacuum hose -2-.

-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD WITH RADIATOR FAN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -2-.

-- Disconnect the connectors and free them up:

1 - For the Charge Air Temperature Sensor after Charge Air Cooler -G811-

3 - For the Charge Air Pressure Sensor -G31-

4 - For the Intake Air Temperature Sensor -G42-

5 - For the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-

-- Remove the bolts -2 and 7- and remove the coolant hose -6-.

-- Remove the bolt -1- for the oil dipstick tube.

-- Remove the nut -5- and the bracket -6-, from the double bolt -4-.

Note: Loosening/removing reverse of tightening sequence.

-- Loosen the bolts -4 and 7-.

-- Remove the bolts -2 and 3- for the intake manifold bracket.

-- Remove the bolts -10 through 1- using the :T10501  and remove the intake manifold with the charge air cooler.
