- If damaged replace together with the cam adjustment actuator
- Cam Adjustment Actuator

- Ball Pin
- 9 Nm
- For the engine cover
- O-Ring
- Replace if damaged
- Coat with engine oil
- Plugs
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with engine oil
- Camshaft Position Sensor 3 -G300-

- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - IGNITION SYSTEM
- Oil Separator
- Removing and installing. Refer to OIL SEPARATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.
- Seal
- Replace after removing.
- Vacuum Pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to Fig 2
- Seal
- Replace after removing.
- O-Ring
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with engine oil
- Camshaft Position Sensor -G40-
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - IGNITION SYSTEM .

- 9 Nm
- Bracket
- For the EVAP Canister Purge Regulator Valve 1 -N80-
Vacuum Pump - Tightening Specifications
Tighten with a new bolts as follows:

| 3. | -1 through 3- | 180° additional turn |
