Ribbed Belt, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- When a used ribbed belt is being installed, pay attention to the running direction.

-- Position the ribbed belt as shown.

  1. Vibration Damper
  2. Ribbed Belt Tensioner
  3. Generator
  4. A/C Compressor

-- Turn the tensioner in the direction of -arrow- and remove the : T10060A  .

-- Release the tension on the tensioner.

-- Check whether the ribbed belt is routed correctly.

-- Start the engine and check whether the ribbed belt runs correctly.
