Right Flange Shaft Seal In Front Axle Differential Lock, Replacing: Removing

-- Remove front axle differential lock. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REMOVING .

-- Secure the front axle differential lock to the engine and transmission holder.

-- Remove the flange shaft. Refer to Figure.

The Seal Is Located in the Front Axle Differential Lock in Front of the Roller Bearing -A-.

CAUTION:

Do not damage the roller bearing -A- when removing the seal.

Seal installation position:

105 mm under the upper edge/hollow shaft

-- Pull out the seal using the : VW771 with : VW771/37 .
