All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Replace the O-rings -1 and 2- if damaged and coat with a thin layer of front axle differential lock fluid.

-- Push in the All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- -2- all the way. Note the routing of the wiring harness when doing this.

-- Tighten the bolts -1- to the tightening specification.

-- Connect the connector -arrow- for the All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- to the Differential Locks Control Module -J647-.

-- Check the front axle differential lock fluid and fill if necessary. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK FLUID .

-- Check function. Refer to FUNCTION, CHECKING .

Tightening Specification 

• All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- to front axle differential lock. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK COMPONENTS
