Overview - Clutch, With Single Flywheel

Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CZDA, DGXA, DJXA, CWLA] / FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [DKFA, CXDB] .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease
Clutch Plate
- Centering. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
Pressure Plate
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Diaphragm Spring Ends, Checking. Refer to Figure.
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections. Refer to Figure.
Bolt
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in diagonal sequence
- M 6: 13 Nm
- M 7: 20 Nm
