Dual Mass Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CZDA, DGXA, DJXA, CWLA] / FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [DKFA, CXDB] .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.
Clutch Plate
- Only replace together with the pressure plate
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Installation position. Refer to Figure.
Pressure Plate
- With adjustment mechanism
- Only replace together with the clutch plate
- Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Diaphragm Spring Ends, Checking. Refer to Figure.
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections. Refer to Figure.
- Release bearing with additional plastic washer. Refer to Figure, adapted pressure plate Figure
Bolt
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in diagonal sequence
- M 6: 13 Nm
- M 7: 20 Nm
