1. Clutch Slave Cylinder with Release Bearing
   • Must be replaced together because they are a single unit
   • Do not wash the bearing, just wipe it off.
   • Replace any loud bearings together with the clutch slave cylinder
   • Removing and installing. Refer to CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER WITH RELEASE BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
   • For release bearings with additional plastic washer (refer to Fig 2), allocate the pressure plate. Refer to Fig 3.
2. Bolt
   • Replace after removing
   • Pay attention to the bolt thread pitch when cleaning the threaded hole in the clutch housing.
   • Carefully tighten diagonally and in small steps so that the tabs on the clutch slave cylinder do not break
   • For metal clutch slave cylinder (without locking fluid): 12 Nm
   • For plastic clutch slave cylinder (with locking fluid): 15 Nm
   • Quantity: 3
3. Clip
   • To remove and install the line, remove the clip up to the stop
   • Install until the clip engages audibly
4. Line
   • To the clutch master cylinder
5. O-Ring
   • Replace if damaged
   • Install on the line connection
   • Install with brake fluid

Only for Release Bearing with Additional Plastic Washer: Pressure Plate Diaphragm Spring (arrows) with a Slightly Lower Installation Height.

• Only install the release bearing with an additional plastic washer and pressure plate with diaphragm spring points together from a slightly lower installation height.
