Transmission Coolant Valve -N488-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH 7-SPEED DSG® TRANSMISSION: Removing

-- Remove the turbocharger air duct pipe/charge air cooler. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the coolant hose -1- from the charge air pipe and push upward.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Clamp off the coolant hoses at the Transmission Coolant Valve -N488- using the :3094 .

-- Open the hose clamps and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the nuts -arrows- and the Transmission Coolant Valve -N488-.
