Reducing Agent Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

NOTE:

Do not clean the delivery module for the reducing agent with compressed air.

Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.

All components must be dry before assembling.

Coat the seals with lubricant before installing.

Check the seals for damage.

-- Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.

-- Replace the shock absorber. Refer to -item  ) Shock Absorber-.

-- Replace the spacer sleeves. Refer to -item  ) Spacer Sleeves-.

-- Replace the seals. Refer to -item  ) Seal-.

-- Position the reducing agent delivery module and push in the mount without tilting.

-- Apply the necessary force fully.

-- Tighten the reducing agent delivery module to the tightening specification. Refer to Figure.

-- Adapt the adaptation value for the SCR system after draining reducing agent or replacing components. Refer to SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION (SCR) SYSTEM ADAPTATION VALUE, ADAPTING .
