Reducing Agent Delivery Line, Disconnecting, Version 4

Releasing: 

-- Clean the area around the locking mechanism with water.

-- To catch escaping reducing agent place a clean cloth under the coupling point.

-- Push the locking mechanism -1- all the way downward in the direction of -arrow-.

-- Remove bother reducing agent delivery lines -2 and 3- from each other.

-- Seal all the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the :VAS6122  .

-- Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.

Locking: 

-- Check the seals -3- for damage and correct seating.

-- Check the seals -4- for damage and correct seating

-- Check the connector terminals -5- for damage. Make sure the connector terminals are not bent.

-- Check the connection location and if necessary clean.

-- Slide on the line until it clicks into place.

-- The locking mechanism -1- must be flush with the connector coupling -2- as shown.

-- Check that it is positioned correctly by pulling on it.
