Reducing Agent Delivery Line, Disconnecting, Version 1
Releasing:
-- Clean the area around the clamp with water.
-- To catch escaping reducing agent place a clean cloth under the coupling point.
-- Push the connector opposite the direction of -arrow 2-.
-- Grasp the connector on both sides, push together and hold it pressed.
-- Push the reducing agent clip -1- together as shown in the direction of -arrow 1-.
-- Remove the delivery line in the direction of -arrow 2- without special equipment and without >>sharply pulling<< on it.
-- Seal all the open lines and connections with clean plugs from the :VAS6122 .
-- Clean all components and connections with water and a lint-free cloth.
Locking:
Pay attention to the different versions of the clip.
The allocation depends on the design specification of the connector coupling.
The distinguishing characteristics are the tabs -arrow-.
The design specification is applied in the area -1-.
Refer to the table. Refer to "Clip Allocation" below for the allocation of the clip.
Pay attention to the installation position of the clip.
The clip must be installed as shown.
If the clips/locking clips are installed incorrectly, the connection cannot be removed without destroying it.
In some cases this can lead to damaging the mating connector.

-- Check the connection location and if necessary clean.
-- Check the connection location for damage and if necessary replace.
-- Slide on the line until it clicks into place.
-- Check that it is positioned correctly by pulling on it.
