Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- During installation, all cable ties must be installed at the same location.

NOTE:

Protect the exhaust gas temperature sensor against knocks and impacts. A dropped exhaust gas temperature sensor may not be used again.

Coat the threads with hot bolt paste.

Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor 1 -G235- installation position:

-- Note the electrical connections and routing. Refer to RELAY CARRIERS, FUSE PANELS AND E-BOXES and the appropriate WIRING DIAGRAM.

-- Install the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
