Toothed Belt Sprocket, Removing And Installing: Installing

- The camshafts are secured in the "TDC point".
- The camshaft sprockets are positioned to each other.
- The crankshaft is at "TDC point".
NOTE:
Before installing the camshaft adjuster, make sure the guide sleeve is inserted in the camshaft.
- Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
- Replace the O-ring for the plug if it is damaged.
-- Replace the bolt -1- for the intake camshaft adjuster and install loosely.
-- Replace the toothed belt sprocket bolt -2- for the exhaust camshaft and install loosely.
- The camshaft sprockets must still turn on the camshafts and may not tip.
-- Adjust the valve timing. Refer to VALVE TIMING, ADJUSTING, VEHICLES WITHOUT ADJUSTABLE EXHAUST CAMSHAFT .
Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

Remove the camshaft positioning tool and the bolt for the crankshaft before turning the engine.
