- Toothed Belt
- Check for wear
- Removing. Refer to TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITHOUT ADJUSTABLE EXHAUST CAMSHAFT .
- Adjusting valve timing. Refer to VALVE TIMING, ADJUSTING, VEHICLES WITHOUT ADJUSTABLE EXHAUST CAMSHAFT .
- Pay attention to the bending radius. Refer to the first figure under Removing .

- Tensioning Roller
- To remove and install, remove the engine support. Refer to ENGINE SUPPORT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Installing .
- Replace after removing.
- Exhaust Camshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- Removing and installing. Refer to TOOTHED BELT SPROCKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Intake Camshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- With camshaft adjuster
- Camshaft adjuster, removing and installing. Refer to INTAKE CAMSHAFT ADJUSTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITHOUT ADJUSTABLE EXHAUST CAMSHAFT .
- Guide Sleeve
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Installing .
- Replace after removing.
- O-ring
- Replace if damaged
- Plug
- 20 Nm

- Replace after removing.
- Anti-twist mechanism, part of delivery package "13"
- Spacer Sleeve
- Idler Roller
- Bolt
- 45 Nm
- Crankshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and crankshaft
- Only possible to install in one position
- Replace the O-ring if damaged.
