Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Open the clamp -1- and push the hose -arrow- to the side.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the A/C compressor from the bracket -arrows- and tie it up. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING FROM BRACKET .

-- Place the : VAS6208  underneath.

-- Clamp off the coolant hoses on the charge air cooler using the : 3094  .

-- Loosen the hose clamps -1- and remove the coolant hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Pull the charge air cooler -1- forward and at the same time in direction of -arrow- out of the intake manifold.
