Special Tools And Workshop Equipment Required
- Adapter Counter Support :VAS251621
- Internal Puller :VAS251605
- Bearing Installer - Bearing Press Piece :VW207C
NOTE:
In vehicles with DSG® transmission, the needle bearing must be installed at the rear in the crankshaft.
Conditions
- Always replace the needle bearing -arrow- after the engine and transmission are separated.
- The front edges of the internal puller must not be broken off.
