Overview - Toothed Belt

- Bolt
- 180 Nm +135° (additional tightening can be done in stages, for example 90° + 45°)
- Replace after removing.
- Do not oil the thread and the collar
- Crankshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and crankshaft
- Only possible to install in one position
- Nut
- 20 Nm
- Damper Roller
- Nut
- 20 Nm +45°
- Replace after removing.
- Tensioning Roller
- Toothed Belt
- Check for wear
- Removing. Refer to TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Installing (adjusting valve timing). Refer to Installing (Adjusting Valve Timing)
- Bolt
- 100 Nm
- Do not oil the thread and the collar
- Bolt
- 9 Nm
- Camshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and the camshaft
- Camshaft Carrier
- Removing and installing. Refer to CAMSHAFT HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 20 Nm
- Damper Roller
- High Pressure Pump
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
- High Pressure Pump Hub
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the hub and the toothed belt sprocket
- High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP .
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the hub and the toothed belt sprocket
- Nut
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - HIGH PRESSURE PUMP
- Do not oil the thread and the collar
- O-ring
- Replace after removing.
- Coat with coolant
- Coolant Pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP/COOLANT THERMOSTAT
