Catalytic Converter, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Insert the screwdriver -2- into the opening -arrow- on the turbocharger and pry out the seal -1-.

-- Install the new seal.

-- Position the screw-type clamp in the same position on the turbocharger.

-- Position the catalytic converter on the turbocharger. Slightly secure the catalytic converter using the screw-type clamp.

-- Tighten the nuts and screw-type clamp. Refer to Figure.

-- Pay attention to the installation position of the screw-type clamp. Refer to Figure.

-- If equipped, install the driveshaft. Refer to DRIVESHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Further assembly is performed in the reverse order of the removal.
