Cylinder Block
Transmission Side Sealing Flange
- Replace after removing
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
- Clean before installing the crankshaft journal
Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
Intermediate Plate
- Must rest on the alignment sleeves
- Be careful not to damage or bend when installing
- Engaged on the sealing flange. Refer to Fig 2.
Alignment Sleeve
Bolt
- Replace after removing
- 60 Nm +90°
Washer
Drive Plate
- Removing and Installing. Refer to DRIVE PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- It is possible to install in one position only, the holes are offset.
- The >>collar<< faces the engine
Shim
- Usage. Refer to DRIVE PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Engage the intermediate plate on the sealing flange and push it onto the alignment sleeves -arrows-.
