Sub-Assembly Bracket, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.

Replace the O-rings and seals.

-- Coat the new O-rings -4- with coolant.

-- Install the connection pieces -2- into the engine oil cooler -1-.

-- Press the accessory assembly bracket with the engine oil cooler -1- onto the connection, mount the bolts and tighten. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR POWER UNIT .

-- Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant. Refer to Prepare the cooling system for filling: .

-- Install the oil filter and check the oil level. Refer to ENGINE OIL, DRAINING, REPLACING OIL FILTER AND FILLING .
