Ribbed Belt, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- If the ribbed belt is to be reinstalled mark the running direction with chalk or a felt-tip pen for reinstallation.

-- Turn the tensioner in the -direction of the arrow- to release the tension on the ribbed belt. Position the tool from "above".

-- Lock the tensioner using the Locking Pin:T10060 A .

-- Remove the ribbed belt.
