Overview - Belt Pulley Side Sealing Flange
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to -item ) Bolt.
- Vibration Damper
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Seal
- Always replace after removing. Refer to CRANKSHAFT SEAL, REPLACING, BELT PULLEY SIDE .
- For the belt pulley side crankshaft
- Do not oil
- Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side
- Must be seated on the alignment pins
- Removing and installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, BELT PULLEY SIDE .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Always replace after removing.
- There are different thread diameters. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Seal
- Always replace after removing.
- Cylinder Block
- Alignment Pin
- Quantity: 2
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Always replace after removing.
Ribbed Belt Pulley Side Sealing Flange - Tightening Specifications and Sequence
-- Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
-- Tighten the bolts in the steps shown in the sequence:

NOTE:
Plug with integrated seal -arrow-.
Replace if damaged.
