Overview - Cylinder Block, Belt Pulley Side

- Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Do not kink
- Ribbed belt routing. Refer to Fig 3
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the pulleys
- Ribbed Belt Tensioning Damper
- To release tension on ribbed belt, pivot using a wrench.
- Secure using Locking Pin: T10060A
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 8 Nm + 45° turn
- Replace after removing
- Bolt
- 150 Nm + 90° turn
- Replace after removing
- Use the Counterhold - Pulley: T10475 to loosen and tighten
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- O-Ring
- Not a replacement part; supplied with the bolt
- Vibration Damper
- With ribbed belt pulley
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Vibration Damper Sealing Ring, Replacing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER SEALING RING, REPLACING .
- Auxiliary Components Bracket
- With oil filter and engine oil cooler
- Accessory assembly bracket, removing and installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Removing and installing the engine oil cooler. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Bolt
- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
- Generator
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - GENERATOR .
- Alignment Sleeves
- For A/C compressor
- Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor
- Do not remove or disconnect refrigerant lines
- Assembly overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR POWER UNIT .
- Bolt
- Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR POWER UNIT .
Accessory Assembly Bracket - Tightening Specifications and Tightening Sequence
-- Mount the accessory assembly bracket and then install the bolt -4- by hand.
NOTE:
Replace the bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.
-- Tighten bolts in 3 stages in -1 to 5- sequence as follows:
