   • Coat with engine oil

   • Allocation. Refer to Fig 2.

   • 5 Nm
5. Ball Pin
   • 9 Nm
   • For the engine cover
6. O-Ring
   • Replace if damaged
   • Coat with engine oil
7. Plugs
8. O-Ring
   • Always replace
   • Coat with engine oil
9. Camshaft Position Sensor 3 -G300-
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - IGNITION SYSTEM .
10. Bolt
    • Tightening specification OVERVIEW - IGNITION SYSTEM
11. Oil Separator
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to OIL SEPARATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
12. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 3.
13. Seal
    • Replace if damaged
14. Vacuum Pump
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to VACUUM PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
15. Bolt
    • 8 Nm +180°
    • Always replace
16. Seal
    • Replace after removing.
17. O-Ring
    • Always replace
    • Coat with engine oil
18. Camshaft Position Sensor -G40-
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - IGNITION SYSTEM .
19. Bolt
    • Tightening specification. Refer to OVERVIEW - IGNITION SYSTEM

    • 9 Nm
