Vehicles with Torsion Beam Axle
- Retaining Loop
- Replace if damaged

- Replace if damaged
- Rear Muffler
- Original equipment one unit with the center muffler. If a repair is required replace each separately
- Exhaust Pipes/Mufflers, Disconnecting. Refer to EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLERS, DISCONNECTING .
- Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
- Removing and installing. Refer to MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Rear Clamping Sleeve
- Tighten threaded connections evenly.
- Before tightening, align the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
- Installation position. Refer to Fig 3.

- Factory-installed with rear muffler as one unit, to be replaced individually in the event of repairs.
- Exhaust Pipes/Mufflers, Disconnecting. Refer to EXHAUST PIPES/MUFFLERS, DISCONNECTING .
- Exhaust System, Installing without Tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
- Removing and installing. Refer to MUFFLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Tighten threaded connections evenly.
- Before tightening, align the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
- Installation position. Refer to Fig 3.

Installation Position for Rear Clamping Sleeve
-- Install the clamping sleeve in the position shown.
- Angle -α- = approximately 20°.
- Threaded connectors faces the rear.
- The nuts are toward the top.
