Turbocharger Air Duct Pipe/Charge Air Cooler, Removing And Installing

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .

-- Loosen the hose clamps -arrows- and remove the left charge air hose -A-.

-- Free up the wiring harness -1 and 2-.

-- Remove the bolt -3-.

-- Remove the air filter housing. Refer to AIR FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Free up the wiring harness -1- from the air duct pipe.

-- Loosen the screw-type clamp -2-.

-- Remove the screw -3-.

-- Remove the air duct pipe -4- upward.

Installing 

-- Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - CHARGE AIR SYSTEM .
