-- Lower the door window all the way.

-- Remove the exterior rearview mirror. Refer to EXTERIOR REARVIEW MIRROR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the seal -1- evenly from the door flange -2- in direction of -arrows-.
