NOTE:
The seal has a metal insert in the center.
If it gets bent, it will not be possible to straighten it out again. It will remain "wavy".
This is why the seal must be removed evenly without bending it.
The following describes removing and installing the left outer window shaft. Removing and installing the right outer window shaft is identical.
