Cover And Cushion, Removing And Installing, Rear Seat Backrest, Sedan: Removing

-- Remove the bench seat. Refer to BENCH SEAT/SINGLE SEAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the luggage compartment carpet. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the rear dual seat belt latch. Refer to REAR SEAT BELT LATCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the C-pillar trim panel. Refer to C-PILLAR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the side trim panel. Refer to SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SEDAN .

-- Fold the side luggage compartment trim panel toward the rear.

-- Backrest, Removing, Sedan. Refer to REAR SEAT BACKREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SEDAN

-- Backrest, Removing, Convertible. Refer to REAR SEAT BACKREST, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SEDAN

-- Remove the rear right trim panel -1- beginning at the bottom with the : 3409  .

-- Push the release lever -2- forward all the way and hold it in position.

-- Remove the trim -1- from the release with the :3409  .

-- Remove the trim panel -1- toward the rear.

-- Remove the left trim panel in the same way that the right trim panel was removed.

-- Remove the headrest guides. Refer to HEADREST GUIDE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the outer trim -1- for the TOP Tether using the : 3409  -2-.

-- Disengage the left backrest on front part of cover -1- from clamping strip on rear of cover -2-.

-- Disengage the right backrest on the front part of cover from the clamping strip on the rear of cover, as shown.

-- Open the zippers on the side.

-- Releases the bands on the side and push them through the frame.

-- Remove the cover and padding from the backrest frame.
