Observe safety precautions when working on the airbag. Refer to SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN WORKING WITH PYROTECHNIC COMPONENTS .
CAUTION:
- Whenever removing and installing parts that are visible (switches, cover, trim, etc.) where a pry tool (Trim Removal Wedge:VAS3409 /screwdriver) is going to be used, cover the area around the part with tape.
The Front Passenger Airbag Deactivation Key Switch -E224- is located in the right side instrument panel cover.
