- Adhesive Strip Remover:VAS6349
Assembly Instructions
- It is not possible to remove a name badge or brand emblem without damaging it.
- Warm the name badge or emblem before removing using the :VAG1416 .
- If necessary, remove any adhesive residue using the :VAS6349 and the adhesive remover. Refer to parts information.
- If installing a name badge or emblem for the first time on newly painted surfaces, follow the procedure described in Paint service information.
- Make sure there is no dust or grease on the adhesive surfaces.
- Install the name badge or emblem immediately after cleaning.
- Peel off the backing on the name badge or emblem just before installing it.
- The temperature must be approximately 21 °C (69.8 °F).
