-- Remove the subframe crossbrace -3-. Refer to TENSION STRUTS, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (CONVERTIBLE) CROSSBRACE .
-- Hold the exhaust system tight and push the suspended mounts out of the brackets.

-- Loosen the bolts on the rear muffler and remove the exhaust system.
