Charge Air Pressure Actuator -V465-, ADJUSTING: Removing

-- Open the clamps -1 and 2- and remove the connecting pipe -3-.

-- Remove the engine cover. Refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- from the oil separator.

-- Remove the lines -1- from the oil separator.

-- Remove the air duct pipe bolt -1-.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -2-.

-- Remove the air duct pipe -4- with the lines for the crankcase ventilation -3- from the turbocharger.

-- Disconnect the Heated Oxygen Sensor -G39- connector at the separating point -2-.

-- Unclip the wire from the brackets -arrows- to free up the wire. The heated oxygen sensor -1- can remain installed.

-- To do so, turn on the ignition and select the following menu item on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester:

-- Adjust the charge air pressure actuator linkage -1- to the instructions in the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

-- Tighten the lock nut with the Mini Torque Wrench:VAS6854  .
