Fuel Filler Door Unit, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Insert the water drain hose -4- through opening in fuel filler door unit -3- and pull it through until it stops.

-- Insert the water drain hose -4- between the wheel housing and the wheel housing liner in the side panel.

-- Pivot the fuel filler door unit -3- starting on the hinge side into the side panel in direction of -arrow a-.

-- Push the fuel filler door unit into the side panel in direction of -arrow b-. Make sure the hooks latch properly into the side panel.

-- Tighten the bolt -2-.

-- Pull the fuel filler door unit rubber grommet -3- over the fuel filler neck -1-.

-- If equipped pull the fuel filler door unit -3- rubber grommet over the reducing agent filler neck.
