Vehicles without Subwoofer -R211- 

-- Remove the cover in the right luggage compartment trim panel.

Vehicles with Subwoofer -R211- 

-- Remove the Subwoofer -R211-. Refer to SUBWOOFER -R211-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (CONVERTIBLE) .

Continuation for Vehicles

-- Disconnect the connector -1- to the actuator.

-- Press the rubber grommet -2- onto the side panel in the wheel housing.

-- Remove the fuel filler door unit. Refer to FUEL FILLER DOOR UNIT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Guide the wiring harness -1- and connector out of the side panel.

-- Pull the actuator -2- off the side panel in direction of -arrow- and remove.
