Voltage supply OK. Refer to FUEL PUMPS, CHECKING FUNCTION AND POWER SUPPLY, VEHICLES WITHOUT Fuel Pump Control Module -J538- .
Fuel pressure is OK. Refer to FUEL PRESSURE, CHECKING .
