Heater And A/C Unit, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal while noting the following:

Vehicles without A/C System

• The installed position of the seal -A- during assembly.

• All of the wires and wiring harnesses must be correctly routed, and not kinked or pinched.

Vehicles with A/C System

• All of the wires and wiring harnesses must be correctly routed, and not kinked or pinched.

Vehicles with refrigerant R134a

-- Fill the refrigerant circuit. Refer to REFRIGERANT, FILLING IN A/C Service Station .

-- Start the A/C system after charging. Refer to A/C SYSTEM, OPERATING AFTER CHARGING .

Vehicles with refrigerant R1234yf

-- Charge the refrigerant circuit. Refer to the appropriate service information .

-- Start the A/C system after charging. Refer to appropriate service information .
