Condensation Water Drain, Checking

Checking

-- Remove the condensation water drain. Refer to CONDENSATION WATER DRAIN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

The valve is located in the front right driver side compartment behind the underbody trim panel.

-- Loosen the underbody trim panel -1 and 2- in the valve area.

-- Check the valve -arrow- :

The condensation water drain hose must not be clogged with wax, underbody protection, or debris.
It must be possible to connect the condensation water drain hose to the connection on the heater and A/C unit without having any tension on it.
The condensation water drain hose must fit securely to the condensation water drain connection on the tunnel.
The sealing lip must not sit loosely on the body opening.
The tabs must be completely engaged.
