Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Switch off the ignition.

-- Remove the driver side footwell vent. Refer to DRIVER SIDE FOOTWELL VENT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the left front footwell center console trim panel. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the side bolts on the lower bracket -1- for the heater and A/C unit.

-- Pull the bracket in the direction of the brake pedal in direction of -arrow- and secure it with the cable ties.

-- Disconnect the connector -5- from the Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158- -3-.

-- Remove the bolts -6-.

-- Loosen the connecting rod -2- on the temperature control door.

-- Remove the Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158- -3- and the connecting rod -2- from the locking mechanism -4- and from the heater and A/C unit.

-- Disconnect the adjusting lever -1- for the Left Temperature Control Door Motor -V158- -3- from the connecting rod -2-.
