SUBFRAME Brace, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Install the subframe brace -1-.

-- Install the bolts -2- hand-tight only.

-- Tighten the bolt -3- to the tightening specification only.

-- Set the vehicle on its wheels.

NOTE:

Tighten the bolts on the subframe brace only when the vehicle is resting on its wheels.

-- Tighten the bolts -2- to the tightening specification and with an additional turn.

-- Tighten the bolt -3- with an additional turn.

-- Install the right and left underbody trim panels. Refer to OVERVIEW - UNDERBODY TRIM PANELS .
