Tension Struts, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Insert the tension struts on the markings on the body and subframe.

-- Install new bolts -2 and 4- just far enough so that the tensions struts and the subframe are not touching each other.

-- Tighten the bolts -1 and 5- to the tightening specification.

-- Set the vehicle on its wheels.

NOTE:

Tension strut screws to subframe should only be tightened when vehicle is resting on wheels.

-- Tighten the bolts -2 and 4- to the tightening specification.
