• Torque Wrench 1331 5-50 Nm:VAG1331 
• Cartridge Heater:VAG1939  or Cartridge Heater:VAG1939A 
• Cartridge Gun:VAG1628 

Materials 

• One-part window adhesive ¹⁾²⁾³⁾
• Activator ¹⁾
• Glass/Paint primer ¹⁾
• Cleaning Solution ¹⁾
• Primer applicator ¹⁾

¹⁾ Follow the manufacturer instructions supplied in the packaging.

²⁾ Note the minimum curing time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .

³⁾ Heat according to manufacturer's instructions using the : VAG1939A  .

1. Bulkhead
   • Removing:

     -- Cut through the bead of adhesive -4- after removing the screws -3-.

2. Body Flange
3. Bolt
   • 25 Nm
   • Quantity: 10
4. PUR Adhesive Sealant
   • Part number. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Bead diameter: width -a- = 8 mm, height -B- = 10 mm
   • Minimum Curing Time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
