Roof Reinforcement, Attaching To Body: Installing

NOTE:
Processing instructions of adhesive must be observed when installing roof insulation/reinforcements.
-- Apply One-Part Assembly Adhesive: D 190 MKD A3 to the insulation/roof reinforcement -1- using the : VAG1628 .
-- Apply the one-part assembly adhesive in beads according to the following dimensions:
- Dimension -a- = 30 mm
- Dimension -b- = 80 mm
- Dimension -c- = 50 mm
- Dimension -d- = 40 mm
- Dimension -e- = 25 Nm
- Dimension -f- = 45 mm
- Dimension -g- = 25 mm
-- From inside the vehicle, press the noise insulation/roof reinforcements onto the roof over the entire surface.
