Luggage Compartment Side Trim Panel, Removing And Installing, Convertible: Removing

-- Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to LOCK CARRIER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unlock the rear backrest.

-- Remove the clip -arrow- from the luggage compartment side trim panel.

Only for the Right Luggage Compartment Trim Panel for Vehicles with Subwoofer 

-- Remove the subwoofer. Refer to SUBWOOFER -R211-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Continuation for All Vehicles 

-- Remove the luggage compartment lamp and disconnect the wire.

-- Remove the expanding clips -1- with the : T10236  .

-- Remove the expanding clips -2- with the : T10236  .

-- Pull the release lever -1- and release the backrest.

-- Hold the release lever pulled and push the pin inside the expanding rivet -arrow- to the inside.

-- Pry out and remove the rear backrest release control -2- using the : 3409  .

-- Remove the trim panel.
