Adjusting Angle

-- Remove the side trim panel, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

-- Loosen the electric wire -1- on the speaker housing -3-.

-- Disconnect the cable -4- from the speaker housing.

-- Remove the bolts -2-.

-- Pull the speaker housing -3- forward, but do not remove it completely.

NOTE:

The side window -2- lines up when the door window -1- is adjusted correctly.

It should be at the same height and aligned with the door window.

The side window must move into the convertible top seal as illustrated -3- -arrows a-.

-- Lower the side window all the down to adjust the angle.

-- Adjust the side window angle using the adjusting screw -5- on the window regulator -4-.

-- Perform a functionality test and check the adjustment with the convertible top open and closed.

-- Install the speaker housing -3- and tighten the bolts -2-.

-- Assemble in reverse order of removal.

-- Install the side panel, refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

Tightening Specifications

Refer to SIDE WINDOW OVERVIEW, CONVERTIBLE

Component	Tightening specification
Intermediate plate bolts	12 Nm
Speaker housing bolts	9 Nm
Window regulator nuts	12 Nm
