Front Belt Latch: Removing

-- Attach the Engine/Transmission Holder - Seat Repair Fixture VAS 6136 to the Engine and Transmission Holder VAS 6095.

-- Remove the front seat. Refer to FRONT SEAT .

-- Secure the seat on the Engine/Transmission Holder - Seat Repair Fixture VAS 6136.

-- Move the seat all the back.

-- Disconnect the wiring harness -1- from the seat frame.

-- Guide the wiring harness -1- out of the seat wiring harness -2-.

-- Remove the screw -2-.

NOTE:

Bolt -2- is micro-encapsulated and must be replaced after each loosening.

Before installing the new bolt, threads on nut must be cleaned, re-cut if necessary.

-- Remove the seat belt latch -1- from the mount -3-.
