NOTE:
The Front Passenger Seat Occupied Sensor -G128- does not have any influence on deploying the front passenger airbag during a crash.
The Front Passenger Seat Occupied Sensor -G128- reminds the front passenger via a symbol in the instrument cluster as well as a warning tone in the instrument cluster, to buckle up.
On the front passenger side, a sensor is able to detect if the seat is occupied and if the seat belt has been buckled.
On the driver side, the sensor is only able to detect if the seat belts has been buckled.
