Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve And Turbocharger Recirculation Valve

Turbocharger
- Can be replaced only with the exhaust manifold.
- Coat the stud bolts on the exhaust manifold with hot bolt paste .
- Removing and installing, refer to TURBOCHARGER .
Connecting Hose
- Make sure it is secure.
Turbocharger Vacuum Diaphragm
- Checking, refer to TURBOCHARGER VACUUM DIAPHRAGM, CHECKING .
- Removing and installing, refer to TURBOCHARGER VACUUM DIAPHRAGM .
Hose
- Make sure it is secure.
Hose
- Make sure it is secure.
Bolt
- 3 Nm
Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve -N75-
Hose
- Make sure it is secure.
Connection
Clip
Bolt
- 9 Nm
Seal
Turbocharger Recirculation Valve -N249-
- Note the installed position, refer to Fig 2.
Bolt
- 7 Nm
