Clutch Master Cylinder: Installing

Move the clutch pedal up to the stop in its rest position.

-- Attach the mount -2- onto the clutch master cylinder actuator rod -1-.

-- Place a spacer -A- between the clutch pedal and the jounce bumper and push the clutch pedal down as far as the spacer.

Spacer length = approximately 40 mm (for example, a 1/2 inch socket)

-- Install the clutch master cylinder on the bracket in the -direction of arrow 1- and then in the -direction of arrow 2-.

-- Push the clutch master cylinder actuator rod -1- in the -direction of the arrow- until the mount -2- audibly clicks into place inside the clutch pedal.

-- Install the mounting bracket. Refer to MOUNTING BRACKET .
